If you feel self conscious about yourself and think everyone is judging you, they aren't. Do you notice little details about other people or their imperfections? I know I don't pay that close attention to other people. Just think whatever you are thinking about or doing to a person, they are probably doing the same to you. Everyone is beautiful. Just think how beautiful and awesome people are! Humans are cool.

Things get better, no matter what problem you're facing now. In the end of all struggles, no matter how hard, it's a win. If you find yourself about to give up, know that it's because there's a tremendous reward when you pass the mountain. You can do it!

I think people should smile more. There are all kinds of smiles. I have three types. The fake smile, used when I am doing something I don't want to do, like go to work. The real smile that pops up when I am genuinely happy and doing something I enjoy, like enjoying a good joke or a sweet gesture. Then there is the sex smile, which I have never seen for myself but have been told about it. That smile is pure bliss. Smile people.
