No matter who you are or what you are doing, there are always going to be times when life is just rough. It will all seem to come crashing down on you at one time. It will feel like you do not want to keep going...but...even in the middle of a storm you can calm yourself and listen to the light and sound inside of you. The little voice that comes from the best parts of you. Listen to that voice. Learn to hear it and then follow the instructions. None of us can understand the light, with out the dark.

I know you are struggling today. I know that I haven't been there to help you and neither has anyone else. Please keep fighting through it. You are a terrific person and add a lot of value to the world.
