I want to be her again I'm struggling- it's the State Assessment time. Why does it have to be like this? Why do I have to be confused, Not knowing what this is? I'm thinking back to last semester And being governed by an honest man. I want to be that girl once more - I want to be her again. I want to know I am safe, Know that you won't let me stop, Know that I won't fail- That I won't give up. I want to see your smile again... I know you understand- I miss the girl I've been those days- I want to be her again. I want to know you're with me, Controlling all I do, You never angered me by that- You know you never would! I want to go back to being in your class, And doing everything, and knowing all the answers. I don't approve who I am now- I want to be her again!
