You are worth more than you realize. You aren't just a person, you're a reason to get up in the morning. You bring more to the world than you think. Your laughter, your smile, your tears, they have meaning; they have an effect. Mental health doesn't define who you are, you may feel good or bad, or nothing at all, those feelings aren't WHO you are, you are more than how you feel. You may not believe in yourself, you may doubt everything you've just read, but I believe these words wholeheartedly. Don't give up on yourself, and if you do, know that I won't.

If someone is annoying. Just find the pin. People who are not deeply troubled will never hurt us.

Just wanted you to know that I KNOW you and feel your pain. Every time you are with someone and it doesn't satisfy you, every time you love someone with all of your self and they can't love you back- do this...go deeper. You have the strength to go deeper. You are a diver; go deeper. Let go of your emotional fears and bondage and let your real love out. Give your real self and the love you want will come to you. Give without expecting anything in return and that place inside of you that is never satisfied will come to know peace. I know you...and I want peace for you.

To the person who is reading this. You are an amazing person. You are beautiful. Never let other peoples words affect you. You be who you are. Good and helpful. Your physical structure doesnt determine your beauty. But your good deeds does. So do good. Always be thankful of what you have. Never try to belittle someone out of rage. You treat others the way you want to be treated. This doesn't mean you keep quiet if someone disturb you. You are what you do. I wish you be a good human being. Lend a hand to someone who are in desperate need. If you can't give something, then just Smile. Smile is very contagious. It is way of showing support, affection and appreication. If you smile you will get a smile back, hopefully. Remeber if you are depresses or sad you are never alone. Your friends and family will be there. Share it with them. Share with some one who you trust. There's somebody who loves you. who cares for you. who wants you to be happy. Be happy and spread happiness. (Sam)
