That's how I felt, all those weeks ago, wandering with you, hand in hand, not giving a damn what happened and just enjoying each other's presence.
And then we talked. We talked day in, day out. It seemed it would never end.
And then, we talked too much. It was a silly dream, that we could be together, when we both knew it would bring us down. You, the boy with a future brighter than the sun, me, the girl with a heart of ice and a soul of fire. Our stars were crossed and we knew it, yet we laughed in their face and challenged them to do their worst on that day.
