I see you several times a week. You never smile. You seem to be hiding yourself, it's like you hope no one sees you. I don't know if you're sad or depressed about something. But I want you to know that you're beautiful. Just seeing you brightens my day. I really hope that you see yourself the same way. I hope you can learn to smile and let nothing make you unhappy.

You are a beautiful, wonderful person who, for reasons I can't even begin to understand, is overly critical of herself. I wish you wouldn't be. You are one of the kindest people I've ever met and I value you greatly.
